For nearly 100 years, the Tryon Garden Club has preserved and protected Pearson's Falls and Glen, a biological preserve and Natural Heritage Site unlike anywhere else in the region. We are proud to announce that after nearly 20 months of careful restoration following Hurricane Helene, we reopened on 24 July 2026.

Every decision made during restoration has been guided by one principle: protect the fragile, rare ecology of this extraordinary mature cove forest.
